Utopian Icebergs

Utopian Icebergs

In Collaboration with

Andrew Kim and Sarah-Jane Ho

 Approximate Size

300 x 300 x 450mm

Plaster sculpture with Cobalt Oxide gradient mounted on clear acrylic and four timber supports.

A study into the utopian dystopia of a world that survived on icebergs. Of perfect minimalism above water and contaminated wasteland below. The sculpture is a representation of a futuristic dichotomy that could be ever-present if the earth’s environmental issues are not managed.

Exhibited at the Noel Chettle Art Prize August 2016
